  • Return Policy

Return Period:
You may return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase.

Condition of Items:
All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition. Products that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. To Initiate a Return or Exchange: Please email us at cosstore@cosaction.com. Provide your order number and the name under the order.
  2. Returns: Once your return request is received, we will provide instructions for returning the item. After we receive and inspect the item, if it is deemed in resaleable condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the product minus the original shipping cost.
  3. Exchanges: For exchanges, please follow the same process. A flat rate fee of $8 applies for exchange shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

  • Damaged Items

It’s important to us that you receive high-quality products that arrive at your doorstep as described. We do everything we can to ensure that’s the case. However, as with everything, a defective item may slip through our review process. If you receive an item that is broken or doesn’t work as intended, we will provide you with a free replacement. Simply send an image of the damaged item and the order information/order number to store@cosaction.com and make arrangements for a replacement.
