Returns

Returns are accepted for unwashed, unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase, except for Last Call items and print-on-demand, which are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping is not refundable. If you need to return an item, please reach out to store@cosaction.com. A shipping label will be emailed to you. Once the warehouse receives the returned item in the original packaging and resaleable condition, a refund will be processed minus the cost of shipping.

Print-on-demand items are made specifically for you at the time of purchase and are not eligible for a refund. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please reach out to us at store@cosaction.com.

Exchange

If an exchange is needed, the customer will receive an invoice for the exchange with the shipping charge added in. The shipping charge for the exchange will be a flat rate of $6.95.

*If you’re ordering apparel, we would encourage you to reference the sizing charts provided in each product listing before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs. Please reach out if you have specific questions on sizing.

Damaged Items

It’s important to us that you receive high-quality products that arrive at your doorstep as described. We do everything we can to ensure that’s the case. However, as with everything, a defective item may slip through our review process. 

If you receive an item that is broken or doesn’t work as intended, we take full responsibility and will provide you with a free replacement within 14 days of delivery. Simply send an image of the damaged item and packing slip to store@cosaction.com and we’ll get you sorted.
