Crafted with the utmost attention to detail, the ornament features a stunning depiction of the patriots of the Boston Tea Party, captured in the moment they defiantly dumped tea into the Massachusetts Bay Harbor on December 16, 1773. This historic act of protest against British taxation without representation symbolizes the courage and determination that laid the foundation for American independence.
The back of the ornament is inscribed with an iconic diary entry from John Adams: “This Destruction of the Tea is so bold, so daring, so firm, Intrepid and inflexible, and it must have so important Consequences, and so lasting, that I can’t but consider it as an Epocha in History.”
This beautiful 3" ceramic ornament is more than just a festive decoration; it’s a celebration of the enduring spirit of liberty and a timeless tribute to the brave individuals who shaped our nation's history.
All proceeds go to furthering the Convention of States mission to protect our constitutional rights and end federal overreach.
These ornaments are made in the USA and feature custom, hand-drawn artwork from a Convention of States volunteer in Texas, Ms. Edna Krueger.

Items are shipped from our fulfillment center in San Bernardino, CA.
Shipping is 2-10 business days via USPS
Please ensure all shipping information, including address, is correct upon order placement as it is not possible to change this once the item is ready to ship.
- Return Policy
Return Period:
You may return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase.
Condition of Items:
All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition. Products that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted.
Return Process:
- To Initiate a Return or Exchange: Please email us at cosstore@cosaction.com. Provide your order number and the name under the order.
- Returns: Once your return request is received, we will provide instructions for returning the item. After we receive and inspect the item, if it is deemed in resaleable condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the product minus the original shipping cost.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, please follow the same process. A flat rate fee of $8 applies for exchange shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
